2014 is the year of ankle strap flats and I couldn't be more excited! Everyone from Valentino and Jimmy Choo to Zara and Sole Society has a pair. Here are a few of my faves:

Go classic with black or spice it up with some color like the Hadley's. What's funny is that I typically splurge on heels when in actuality I wear flats 10x more - definitely time to rethink the spend strategy! 

How to wear 'em? Pair ankle strap flats with easy breezy dresses or try a distressed skinny and make sure to roll up the bottom to show of the ankle strap detail.
