October Beauty Faves

The amount of beauty products us bloggers receive is pretty mind blowing. I mean... boxes and boxes a month which is exciting but at the same time there's only SO much you can put on your face and so many different products you can try, especially if you have acne prone skin (me!)

If you follow me on IG stories then you know that I try what I can, donate what I don't, and never ever suggest ANYTHING until I've used it for at least a month. Enter: monthly beauty faves. These are products that have been newly introduced to my regimen or lifetime faves that I just haven't shared with you yet! Keep reading to see what I'm loving this month:

Last month during my monthly facial appointment I asked my esthetician if she had any product suggestions for pre + post plane rides. I don't know what it is about planes.... actually it's the lack of oxygen and disgusting amount of germs... but they make me break out like crazy. Compacted with traveling while PMSing and it's the ultimate zit storm! She suggest IS clinical active serum pre + post traveling and it's honestly worked wonders. What's crazy is I've also been seeing it on tons of beauty blogger IG's stories now that I'm aware of the brand. The serum itself is supposed to have active ingredients (it tingles when you put on) that combat acne instantly and fight fine lines and wrinkles in the long term. It's a game changer, you guys!

Another product I fell in love with during a recent trip to the Clinque counter is their Hydrating Supercharged Concentrate. It delivers something like 179% moisture to your skin and hydrates for up to 24 hours. Again, this is so great for post travel because my skin always gets dry AF. Also I'm been using on Andy when he complains that his skin is dry and he loves how it melts into the skin and doesn't leave any residue (boys HATE residue)!

'Tis the season to stock up on boob tape - no joke! With the holidays around the corner this stuff can be a life saver. I actually have a funny post coming soon about all the ways I use it.

If you're looking for cult favorites that refresh, moisturize, and are oh-so-good then look no further than Kopari's coconut lip balm for your lips, Caudalie's beauty elixir (great for travel) and Unite's U hair oil for dry ends.
