#TargetStyle: The Perfect Holiday Beauty Equations
This post is sponsored by Target
Back today with Target and this time we're talking about the perfect Holiday beauty equations: hair, makeup, nails... all that jazz! Playing off last week's hair post here are 3 complimentary makeup combos that will keep you looking festive and glam this holiday season:
very berry holiday party
This is a great natural, yet festive "I'm not trying to hard" combo that's perfect for office parties or a colleagues holiday party.
{ sonia kashuk 'very berry' lipstick // pixi contour palette // goody hair elastic // goody bobby pins // opi dulce de leche}
get this makeup look:
1. apply base foundation and concealer
2. using Pixi's neutral contour palette apply contour and bronze to cheekbones
3. use the nude eyeshadow color on the same palette on the top of lids
4. line the eyes with the dark brown shadow from the Pixi palette - using eyeshadow as eyeliner gives off a much softer look yet still defines!
5. add a few swipes of Rimmel's mascara to the top and bottom lashes
6. finish with Sonia Kashuk 'very berry' satin luxe lip color - it's so so pretty on any skin tone
To finish the total look add a neutral mani and a wavy side pony. Get deets on my side pony here! Btw, my go-to neutral mani is OPI's 'dulce de leche' - it's a great rose-y nude that lasts FOREVER and can act as a great base for nail art or glitter!
contour + neutral mani + berry lip + wavy side pony = very berry holiday party
glam girl's night
This look is all about the sparkle, from the nails to the eyes; perfect for a girl's night out or holiday date night!
{ elf holiday shadow palette // elf pencil eyeliner // elf brush set // sonia kashuk ' sheer pink lust' shine luxe lip color // essie glitter polish // goody hair elastic}
get this makeup look:
1. prep with your regular base makeup routine - go easy on the bronzer and/or blush
2. using Elf holiday shadow palette use sparkly gold shadow on inner eye and eyelid
3. create a smokey eye look with the bronze shimmer shadow
4. line top and bottom of eyes with elf pencil eyeliner
5. 3. add a few swipes of Rimmel's mascara to the top and bottom lashes
6. add sonia kashuk sheer lip color - I always go more neutral on the lip when I'm doing a bold eye!
To finish the glam gold look add a sparkly polish (love this one from Essie) and a mini top knot. Get deets on this hair style here.
gold eyeshadow + pink glossy lip + gold glitter nails + mini top knot = glam girl's night

Nothing says holiday like a bold lip but sometimes it can look too over done. Try pairing a red lip with a messy fishtail and a clean swoop of liquid eyeliner for festive and sophisticated look.
{
elf liquid eyeliner //
sonia kashuk 'red' lipstick //
goody hair elastic //
goody bobby pins //
rimmel mascara}
get this makeup look:
1. prep with your regular base makeup routine - go easy on the bronzer and/or blush
2. using Elf's liquid eyeliner add a swoop on the top lash line - go full cat eye if you'd like!
3. add a few swipes of Rimmel's mascara to the top and bottom lashes
4. use Sonia Kashuk 'red' lipstick to finish off your festive makeup look
Combine your festive makeup look with a fishtail (
get the how-to here) and you have a perfect combo for holiday events with the family or in-laws.
fishtail braid + classic winged liner + bold red lip = festive in red look
