Get the Party Started: 4th of July

4th of July is almost here (where has the year gone?) and I've partnered with Sauza again to share some festive party tips! 

Whether you're planning a party at home or headed somewhere else to celebrate, there are two party must-haves which are beyond easy to create: Sauza Sparkling Margaritas and watermelon and feta cheese salad.  

Suaza recently introduced their sparkling margaritas and I must say they're YUM! It's a ready-to-serve  bubbly marg that you can grab and take anywhere with you (ahem, 4th of July party). There are three flavors: original lime, mango peach, and wild berry. With a bright cherry, fresh citrus taste, WB has got to be my fave! I got a little creative and added some frozen blueberries to the sparkling goodness - it adds a touch of blue and also keeps the beverage extra cool if you happen to be partying outside.

My got-to summer salad: watermelon and feta cheese! It's delicious, simple and just happens look very festive when served in a blue bowl. Three ingredients: watermelon, feta cheese, and a dash of pepper. Talk about a party no-brainer!

Don't forget flowers! Every hostess loves festive flowers.

{What to wear?}
- If you'll be playing with your besties at the beach or by the pool why not try a red polka dot bikini and some cutesy blue denim cut-offs.
-Need something a little more covered? White denim and a blue silk tank are totally Independence Day worthy.
