What to Wear: Wedding Guest Style
I've been to A LOT of weddings at this point, and after planning my own destination wedding I thought it would be helpful to do a post on what you should wear for all the occasions.
Let' be real, we never want to outshine or awkwardly stand out from the bridal party or of course, the bride so dressing the part is key! Below I'm hitting all the vibes that you may come across this year: beach, black tie, winter... so hopefully this will help you when it comes to shopping and planning your looks!
Clearly I love velvet, it just adds a wintery glam vibe to your whole look! I'm obsessed with the jumpsuit idea too in case it's cold where you're going, you won't need to dread exposing your legs in a little dress if you don't want to!

For a cocktail dress code - it's always that uncomfortable feeling, am I doing too much, or too little? These options are a perfect mix of "just right."

Black tie... one of my favorites! There's something so magical about putting a fancy gown on, getting all dressed up and seeing your date in a tux . You also can't go wrong with being a little over the top, adding some sparkles and a fab shoe. If you aren't a dress person, this black jumpsuit is a great alternative!

Think summery, fun but an elevated. You don't want to be completely underdressed but I also wouldn't rock a stiletto. I love this yellow jumpsuit, I think it's perfect for a beach vibe and is still really nice and elegant! You also can't go wrong with a flowy maxi dress. Plus, this would be an outfit you probably could wear over and over since it's not too fancy! Win, win.

One place I love to turn to for wedding guest looks is The Stylist LA because you can rent amazing dresses for a fraction of the price. It's awesome, especially when you know you'll probably never wear the a dress again! While we're on the topic, why not do a quick look back at some of Andy and my wedding guest moments:
