Spring Bride? Here's What I Wish I Knew!
I can't believe it's been over 6 months since our wedding! During the process I tried my best to share my wedding planning tips + tricks and looking back there's still so many things I wish I had known, especially as it relates to bridal outfits + looks. FACT: If you're getting married BEFORE APRIL then you need to stock up on all your white outfits BEFORE OCTOBER. I'm talking bridal shower, bachelorette, honeymoon, welcome reception, post-wedding brunch, etc. Obviously your wedding dress is another story!
We didn't start wedding planning until October (for our March wedding) and I found it almost impossible to find dresses for my bachelorette and bridal shower. I would go to Nordstrom, Revolve, Shopbop EVERY DAY and filter by white to find bare bones inventory. I ended up borrowing and renting those outfits. And for my welcome reception jumpsuit I could only find one that was one size too big and had to alter it (that was after I sent the brand a DM BEGGING for any small size they had in white which they were entirely sold out of.). The struggle was real! I shared this tip recently on IG stories and a few newlywed gals DM'd me and said that they had the same issue/ this was such a great tip to share with brides-to-be. So, here we are!
Since Labor Day Sales are upon us and white inventory is slowing going to dimish, I've rounded up some gorgeous jumpsuit, romper, and dress options for you babes. Also if you keep scrolling I linked a ton of helpful planning articles for you, especially if you're planning a destination wedding. xo - Ashley
