Bikinis + Beaches: The Beach is for Lovers
Truth: I was on swim team for 11 years (backstroke was my jam). That qualifies me as a lifeguard, right? I joke I joke! Taylor and I had a blast shooting swim week on Manhattan Beach, especially this next itty bitty bikini:

Does this not scream 4th of July? I'm so excited that one of my fave lines, Lovers + Friends, just launched swim. This suit is super comfortable; it's made out of a cotton blend which is totally unlike any other bikini I've ever worn. The BF is a big fan of the simplicity - no ties, chains, or cut-outs. I should get him on snapchat explaining how much he hates crazy bathing suits, it's hilarious. In general, I'm always a fan of the thinner bottom straps for us petite girls because it highlight and accentuates the hips vs. wider straps which can give-off a very athletic body shape.
Btw, I discovered this adorable re-usable drinking pouch company during my trip to Oregan: Tote + Able. Think flasks but in a softer, plastic pouch with fun sayings on the outside. Plus, they can fit anything from water and wine to your favorite cocktail. Think of the possibilities? Hollywood Bowl, movie night on the pier, boating, beach adventures... the places are endless!
Happy Sunday, friends. Hope you're having a fabulous weekend!
