If the Shoe Fits...

Back in November when I scooped up these Crown Vintage booties from DSW I had no idea that they would become a serious winter staple; we're talking my go-to bootie! The silhouette and nuetral color just lend themselves to endless outfit options: 

{plaid x leather // layering with leopard x camo // winter white x plaid // layering with leopard // prints on prints}

Honestly, for $60 bucks  they've pretty much paid themselves off on cost per wear basis (it's the accountant in me)! When styling ankle booties, go for pants that hit right at the ankle, any longer and it just creates a cankle situation.  I love to see a peek of skin between the bootie and pants. When in doubt, try a roll or two.
