The Un-Bachelorette Party
Are you over my bachelorette posts yet? Last one, I promise! (until I have my own!) You can't tell me you're not in the midst of wedding, bachelorettes, bridal showers .... I'm just trying to help a sista out!
When it comes to bachelorettes and bridal showers, sometimes it's so hard to think outside of the box but here are a few ideas, including this amazing spot I went to a few months ago:
- Airbnb house in Palm Springs, Santa Barbara, or your closest getaway spot! Think: relaxing weekend with your best gal pals. With apps like Saucey you could basically get a party delivered to your door!
- Bachelorette or Bridal Shower 'experience' - there are a ton of spots around LA (and probably your town too) that provide "experiences" like cocktail making (love the whaling club), surf lessons, cooking classes, or flower crown making....
Yes, I said flower crown making! A few months ago one my best friends and I went to an event at Fleurish, the cutest DIY flower shop in Brentwood, and we fell in love.
They basically allow you to have a party and learn how to make flower crowns, succulents, center-pieces... whatever your floral heart desires. Don't worry, there's booze, food + a photobooth! It's a magical place.
